Types of Appointments

Intake Appointment

This initial appointment, which generally takes about 75-90 minutes, will help us understand more about your mental health symptoms, history, and goals of treatment.

One-Time Consultation

This one-time appointment is for individuals who wish to obtain a second opinion from a physician about their psychiatric care and/or discuss pre-conception planning. After this appointment, we will generate a letter detailing our discussion, our diagnostic impressions, and our treatment recommendations. You are free to share this letter with any health care providers. Detailing everything from our dedication to child mental health to techniques used in our sessions. This appointment takes about 90 minutes.

Follow-Up Appointments

These appointments are designed to follow patients for whom we are seeing regularly and for whom medications may be appropriate. During these visits, which generally take about 25 minutes, we will discuss your psychiatric symptoms and medication regimen.
